Never thought I would be saying this. My dreams are slowly happening thanks to the blessing of the lord. Check out my FIRST music video. Considering how financially BROKE I was coming up in the biz! It was all paid for by me :) I chose to be this way because it has never been about the FAME n DOUGH to me. It's about doing it the RIGHT WAY, to set an example, for my family, for you, for the kids and it was to last for the long run. Even with a NEGATIVE zero bank account, I still believed I would make it even when no one else did!! I have not made it, my road is still a long one to travel in this bizness. But I am ready! I am an honest artist and woman of character. I am NOT afraid to admit that I struggled. Most people be FRONTIN and have lost who they really are. They are blinded by the shiney lights, the glitz n the glam. But NAW, not me I keep it true n 100. I had ZERO on the come up, now, well, its a different story With the strength of MANY awesome people who helped make this video possible ya girl is doing big thangs. And I hope all of you will too. However YOUTUBE is playing "politics" and have removed me from their listings, banned my videos (recently got them back), and stopped giving my channel plays. I'm sick of these billion dollar corporations messing with US....The people who are bringing them the damn traffic. They try to CENSOR US in every way possible!! That's soooo weakkk sauce.

I have always been very honest with my fans with my life. And to tell you this is killing me because of the circumstance. I thank YOU my fans, friends, admirers for going through the good, the bad, the sad, the highs and the lows with me. If you ask I will tell you. My life is an open book with nothing to hide. I wont be online and I know I have alot of career things I have been announcing.
But under these circumstances I hope you understand my family is EVERYTHING TO ME and until I know the truth I wont be online!

Well I am PISSED OFF TO ALL HELL right now and sad! I'm back in L.A for a few hours before I had to hop on another flight n the phone rings like crazy. Last night at about 11:20 pm we got a phone call from my brothers GF in Mexico that he passed away in the hospital. However the phone call was very WEIRD n fishy. We have asked my brother to leave her because she is EVIL! We called her sister and even they said she may be lying. WHO THE HELL WOULD LIE ABOUT THIS????? She has been known to lie to ppl to extort money from them. So!!! I asked her to tell me WHAT HAPPENED?? She didn't have a solid answer. So, as of right now we are trying to contact all the police departments n hospitals in Mexico but NO LUCK.
I hope that this is one big FAT LIE because my mother has heart problems and high blood pressure. She is hysterical and literally almost passing out. I don't know what to do but to hold her as she is breaking down. I am holding back my tears right now because I have to be strong for her! She wants me to get back to work but it's hard I can't see her crying for her son that she is not sure is gone or not.
This is not right!
I'll keep you updated on this as I pray! The best thing you can do for me is to PRAY for him.
I will be ok, life has thrown me down so many times but yet I am still STANDING TALL n STRONG!!!

This Monday at 8pm we have Strong Arm Steady. Strong Arm Steady is a West Coast super-group, consisting of the cream of California's underground hip-hop scene. They have independently distributed over 200,000 mixtapes worldwide. My boy Phil The Agony showed me love and came to my sold out performance over 1,600 in West Covina. So you know I had to come watch them perform at The Knitting Factory over the weekend and they are amazing. Tune in and ADD THEM.

Just a few years ago at one time when I needed SERIOUS guidance fresh in the hood, I was 18 I and enlisted in the Marines. Couldn't get in because I had NO high school diploma. I tried out for my GED and failed several times until now!! I have always wondered where I would be if I did, god had a different plan for me. To help you guys in other ways with my encouraging words and to fight for YOU to be a voice in this society.
I promise to always use my fame for the better to remind everyone there are "bigger" more important things happening out there!! I wont abuse it like I see so many doing these days it's saddens me :(

There has been alot of really crazy events happening in my life lately. Both good and a lot (A LOT) of personal heartbreak. God gave me the gift of strength. To be honest sometimes I have nooo idea where I find the strength to overcome the things life has thrown at me. There are times I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders I just want to save everyone. And other times I feel as if though I was allowed to live past my near death experiences in the hood.....All in order to teach the world that you too can change your life around. With all this press around me the pressure is immense! I been offered a billion things from TV shows, record deals, mens magazines etc etc. PRESSURE PRESSURE PRESSURE Like DAMN leave me alone yo I got my plan in order!!!! I'm not complaining I am in a good position to do alot for the world. People want me to do this and that. Sell out real quick.....Who cares make money? Fuck everyone stack that cheese? But I just can't think of coming this far and doing any of that. Being someone who can clearly impact the world, the kids, the future of tomorrow I feel I have to be a better person everyday. I work on it all the time even though at times I LOOSE IT lol. It's hard to live up to the worlds expectations so I DON'T! I live up to what my message is. And that is....Let no one punk you, be a voice in this world. You too can change your life around. You are in control of your own destiny. You MUST keep the faith at all times. Even if you fall just get back up and move forward. Regret nothing, instead learn from it.....When I fall I get back up and MOVE ON....I promise to use my fame to make changes I PROMISE!! My mother and I have had our differences for many years......But when it's all said and done I learned to let all that go! She is my mother.
No matter what I been through or messed up in life she always has my back.
My mom still nags me all the time. **NAG NAG NAG** Don't do this. Don't do that. Come home before 9. My mom still gives me a curfew and I don't even live with her lol.
But they do it because they love us. And we are just rebellions kids thinking we know it all. But they do it to guide us. To guide YOU!!
I respect & love her for raising us with nothing but a pocket full of lint, a hope and a dream!! She made everything seem like it was always ok. She gave us hope, life, strength......Even when I was messin up in the hood running around doing the most!!!! She was always there for me.
She was a maid her whole life. With a bunch of houses a day to clean she would still come come and try to make food for us. Even though we lived in a freezing garage, not enough food, clothes, nothing. She made us feel like there was always a brighter day. We didn't even have 15 cents to make a dollar. But she taught us to be STRONG to work hard and to turn the tears into smiles. My mother and my Mamita (grandma) RIP made me a strong woman!! No one could ever take their place.....

I was thinking to myself how when Valentines Day comes around how I wish everyone could be happy. No relationship problems, no fighting, NOTHING but a happy feeling. I guess I say this because I have always been a happy person and a hardcore romantic at heart. When someone asks…..What kind of people do you date? I can't say I have a type, infact you would probably be surprised. It's not about the money or the color of your skin. Remember I LIKE NERDS? Hey it's ok, I was quite the band geek growing up so that's what makes us KEWL J What I can say is, what matters most is that they have a kind and unselfish heart. I looooooove the little things, the laughter, the late night talks, the giggles, the highs, the lows, the unselfish acts of kindness, all of it is such a wonderful thing.
The word "love" scares the hell out of me sometimes. I feel it is used very loosely and often goes unappreciated. I think "love" is the best feeling and on the same token the saddest feeling in the world. Love should happen gradually and not forced. Love begins with a friendship, TRUST and respect!
The best feeling is when no one else but that special person understands you. When it feels like no one exists but you two. You are the only ones in this world. You get each other. Before you speak you already know what they are about to say. Their laughter becomes the best part of your day. When the physical is unimportant and the spiritual being is what you crave. When you are together you never want it to end. You walk around feeling like you are floating on air. You respect each other! You feel invincible yet vulnerable. When you give each other strength and not drain each others strengths. They listen to your troubles and then find ways to lift your spirits. They don't judge you but instead embrace your faults and help you better them. When you feel at war with the world, being in their arms brings you PEACE.
LOVE is a beaituful thing I hope everyone feels at one point in their life. Ahh I feel so sappy right now ok ok ok don't get all weird on me. But isn't this true? I mean that is how it should be for everyone. If only more people respected each other, communicated in their relationships and had a better understanding it would be ever lasting. I know this first hand to be true J

I set monthly goals for myself and when the end of the year comes I make the MASTER plan for the entire new year coming. For the year 2008 I am focusing on spiritually, family, and my business/empire. I do alot for my family so they are pretty much always hooked up. This year was a hard blow due to my grandma passing away but she told me I better live my life or she would be mad. I miss her though:( I did alot of really great things this year with the children and the public school systems. My public speaking to the schools went very well I speak about inspirational things and give advice to the kids. STAY IN SCHOOL, off drugs, be good to your parents, and if you fall it's ok juss pick yourself up and learn from it!! I am especially proud of my community works. And I am very happy I was also able to help so many with my positive vibes let's keep it going in 2008!
So I am not sure if I would call it a resolution but here are my personal resolutions.
Resolutions.......
1. Work on not overworking myself! This has always been my biggest issue I am a workaholic and I LOVE IT. My mother sorta taught us to work like crazy people to attain our goals. This year I will work hard but I will not drive myself insane like I always do and get all sick.
2. Spend more ME time! This one ties into 1 I never do anything for me because I NEVER RELAX or REST properly. I can't even remember the last time I chilled back and just relaxed. So this year I promise to give myself one day off a week and just do NOTHING. Infact I booked myself a 2 week EXCLUSIVE EXOTIC N PRIVATE VACATION me n some clear water! I just bought some great books on enlightenment that I can read while listening to the ocean. We will see how long this lasts lol!!!
3. Spend more time with my mom and dad! My dad is my BESTEST FRIEND EVER I am his little girl tee hee. I haven't spent alot of time with my mom more so than my dad. This year my schedule went crazy but darnit I will make it happen no matter what in 2008. OMG my mom wants a myspace lol she asked me again on Christmas lol.
4. Working on my inner spirit! This one I started a few months ago and I feel so great about it. My soul and spirit I felt were in two different places. And now I feel at peace with them both. I have let go of many things. I feel so lifted, free and positive. I did alot of searching on many things from anger to issues with family. And after deep thought I realized that although my heart/soul has always been in the right place many people around me were not. And without me realizing it was taking me out of my inner peace and into an angry place. I am no longer angry at my grandmothers death or anyone for that matter. I feel so amazing now I cannot even explain.
5. Take my business/name to the next level! Details about EVERYTHING will be announced early 2008. I have my clothing line launching VERY SOON. I am filming my first 2 music videos in Jan/Feb. I am signing with two big thingies I will announce in 2008. I will be on E TV in Jan, my Dr Phil episode re airs n a re-cap, Telemundo....etc Those are just a few to mention. I feel very proud because I built this all on my own with no Hollywood connections! I am a girl with big dreams, a driven heart and mind to go out at get it. I am really excited and nervous at the same time. I have huge life changing decisions to make! But hey mama was born ready so 2008 it's on!

-Live for YOU and no one else. At the end of the day it is you who has to be happy. -Give without expecting, love without fear, and live with passion. -Spread positivity not animosity. -Follow all of your dreams. Even if they seem out of reach believe me you CAN make them happen. Don't ever be that person that says to them self I WONDER WHAT IF? -Never let anyone bring you down. You are in CONTROL of your happiness. You are the planner of your own destiny. No one can hurt you unless you let them. -Always follow the right path. Your heart will lead you. -Treat everyone with the respect you want to receive. -Be a leader by example. If you have messed up in the past it's ok. Get back up and learn from it. Then spread your experience with the world. You never know who it may touch. Lead them by your example.

Long before I was in any way into my career on this level I was doing this heavy duty. I am not satisfied with simply cutting a check. I personally like serving with my own two hands. My grandma always told us to work hard and to be strong and help others.
If you know of any local church, shelter, goodwill or foundations. PLEASE donate your clothes, blankets, toys or canned goods. I know you all have something you swear you are going to wear one day but NEVER do lol we all do. It could help someone but hey even if you can't help the thought and your prayers count. It would mean a lot to me and that would be the best Christmas present to someone out there you do not even know :)
I do this all year round not just on holidays. I enjoy helping because I can relate. The Holidays make people very sad when they are going through tough times both emotionally and financially. I know the feeling! As a child I often felt sad that we lived in a cold garage and slept on the floor on two mattresses with my entire family. My mom, dad, and sisters slept one a mattress on the floor. I mean look at our curtain it was an old blanket. But hey it was special to us, we got it from a donation which is the exact reason I like doing this. It helped me personally because I knew there were people out there who cared. I am the one with the little fro and big ole fishy lips in the picture awwww.
My greatest joy is to give back and offer my personal stories of struggle in hopes that I can touch just one person out there.
This year I am giving away half of everything I own because I know many people need it more than I do.I thank the people who have been helping me with this forever. I will never forget where I came from.
