Little Spanky

Meet Little Spanky (of Hal Roach's "Our Gang" fame, apparently). He's from The Australian Women's Weekly of 24 June 1933, and advocates plenty of cereals and milk to keep in the best physical condition. Isn't he great? I think the socks just make the outfit.

Joy
~HONEY JOYS~
GET: 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp butter 4-5 cups cornflakes
AND THEN FIND: Some patty cases A wooden spoon A mixing bowl A saucepan A baking tray ... and a stovetop and an oven.
FIRST: Arrange a rainbow of patty cases on your tray and put the cornflakes into your (hopefully big enough) bowl
NEXT: Melt butter + honey + sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute
THEN: Stir the sweet buttery mixture into the cornflakes, then spoon the goopy mess into the prearranged patty cases
THEN: Bake in a moderate oven (about 180 degrees) for 8-10 minutes
AND FINALLY: Share with everyone around you and bask in their love and stickiness
