Sat 28th june, Beijing punk band "DEMERIT" venue change!

ok, so Beijing punk band DEMERIT are due to play on the the 28th june, the show was originaly being held @ Sammi's Kitchen, but due to too many people drinking outside @ the last few shows & lack of bar profits i dont feel i can hold shows @ this venue anymore. The mighty Dean from El Destroyo was being a HUGE help @ the last few shows but it just hasnt been worth while so he too has decided Sammi kitchen just cant work.
for future shows i would have to give $30 from each ticket to the venue which just wouldnt leave me with enough money to hire equipment, let alone make it worth while Demerit coming all the way from Beijing.
the show should still go ahead, i should hopefully be able to post a new venue just keep checking!
i was REALLY disapointed by the turn out for THE LAST CHOICE / NO NAME gig this weekend, 2 amazing punk bands from china & the turn out was piss poor. everyone that did come had an awesome time, i think i can honestly say it was hong kong's first TRUE punk gig! all the weekend punk's (people who dress up for the weekend & listen to blink) proved what frauds they really are, you guys suck!

the future for LKF Live

the new year is all go for lkf live!
weve had our ups & downs & i just wanna say a big thank you to the bands that are sticking with us, we appreciate it guys! we have a new venue & from january we will be operating a new system where the bands benefit from the amount of people they can pull to the show & get a cut from the door. like i said, we appreciate your help & the more progress we make the more we can all benefit!
one thing i do want to make clear, is you will all be treated fairly, you are all part of this scene so lets work together & make it something to be proud of!
dont forget to come on down for new years eve & join the fun, $180 & free bar all night!
