So you may have an idea of what Shotty is… and only some of it may be true. Let’s look at the facts:
Shotty is a rock-and-roll five piece from Washington State. Scattered about the Seattle area and the Eastside, this group is steadily carving out a new chapter in music history, combining clever and often complex songwriting with a passionate and energetic live performance. Like we enjoy telling our friends, Shotty takes a page out of every section of the rock music manual… and then we burn them. Shotty is not necessarily about reviving any dead genres, or shoving any new sort of rock sub-genre full of hype down our fans’ throats. Our music focuses rather on exploring creative fervor, enthusiasm, and general love for the entertainment business.
So have a listen and don’t let your heart flutter too much.

VAST VOID Hear Ye: I begin with nothing. Nothing is the same as fullness. In the endless state fullness is the same as emptiness. The Nothing is both empty and full. One may just as well state some other thing about the Nothing, namely that it is white or that it is black or that it exists or that it exists not. That which is endless and eternal has no qualities, because it has all qualities. -C.G. Jung
Born in the celestial forge of Vulcan's workshop, the demigod known to Earth mortals as "Bijhan" is descended of warriors and kings. His genetic code was passed down from Ancient Persia, and his earthly origin tracks him to the Pacific Northwest - Seattle to be exact. Having graduated from the same High School as Jimi Hendrix, and the oldest Community College on the West Coast, he set out to make his fortune as a superhuman music monster.
He now makes residence in Seattle, Washington, although his wild glint and unfiltered talent may be coming to a municipality near you.
