The New Shit

Hey YO, Dustin here lettin ya all know whats happening with the Sudden Silence camp these days. Well, we have 9 new tunes now and we're headed into the Sonic Temple on the 30th of june to record this shit storm that is when the night falls. We have played 3 or 4 of the new songs live so some of you may recognize them. Mr. Cooper and his brand new drum set will be hammerin out trax first so I'll keep givin ya the 411 on whats shakin. I also gotta give props to Exodus, Children of Bodom, In Flames, Megadeth, and of course the mighty Iron Maiden (I couldn't get a ticket for Rush dammit) for comin and kickin the shit outta Saskatchewan this year. What can I say, its been a fuckin awesome year for concerts! Anyway, I'll let y'all know whats shakin at the temple in the week to come and remember If it's to hot out, drown yourself in Beer! I'm out.

When The Night Falls 08

Hey everyone this is Jay here from the band we have finished all of our tunes for the album and are looking to start the recording in June.  We have spent countless hours with these songs making sure they are capable of kicking your ass!  We feel this album is by far our best work yet.  Soon there will be new photos from within the walls of our rehearsal room as well as some new band photos from the album.  We will posting blogs every week when the album begins so keep checking in.  By the way Dustin will be in charge of the blogs so you might get some crazy shit happening and yes he did write all the songs on the album so its going to be intense.  Later

Dogfight 2008

Hey Justin here with some great news our band finished in first place after a great performance in Medicine Hat @ Dogfight 2008.  We had a great time making new friends in the past two weekends as well as catching up with some old ones.  We appreciate all those who made the drive to support us in the battle.  Special thanks goes to A.M Delivery who payed for our gas as well as lodging they have shown us the most support and its great to have friends like these guys Andy and Monica thanks again.  One more quick thanks to Life In A Doghouse for letting us come back to the Hat to compete good luck at regionals in Calgary.

With a heavy heart we have swallowed yet another blow as a band and now are in the process of looking for a brand new drummer.....   For undisclosed reasons we have parted ways with our drummer Patrick.  We are currently looking for auditions and would appreciate any input possible.

Manics Rage

Hey this is Justin here from the band and right now as I speak we are in the recording studio for a track called the Manics Rage it will be part of our new album ya.  The progress on the new album has been taking longer than we had thought it would but that can only mean good things for our band.  The songs that are part of this project have become more intense and musically challenged than our last work.  We had said there will be no tunes from our album that will be posted on the net until it is released but however that was my idea and the rest of the band disagrees with me so there will be a demo copy of the Manics Rage posted here on myspace soon.   We are all excited....

We will also be apart of a show for charity here in Swift as well as in Kindersley the following night.  I believe the show is free and we encourage all of you in our area to participate.  The details will be released soon..

When The Night Falls

We had started to write for our new demo with one thing in mind.... Harder and Heavier and full of more kick you in the Ass tunes than the last works.  Well there are 3 official tracks done and ready to be layed and we can't wait to have the whole thing done so you all can hear it.  If you have heard us play lately we have included a new song in our set wich will be the last song on the Ep entitled "Candycane Lullaby"  we said it would not be on the new Cd but we changed our minds due to the amount of people who wanted us to record this song.  We also have the works of a Third and overpowering album wich we should be recording by the fall.  We are happy to say that the new Ep should be completed by the end of March if not earlier.  Thanks

If  nobody has heard yet we lost our bud lyndon on bass.  There was no hard feelings he thought it was better to follow his other options.  We all wish you luck.

Another thing we have come across not only a new bassist in our band but a whole new side of things.  We have a new look a new member and a brand new EP in the works for recording.  When The Night Falls has no release date cause its only a demo.  It will still be available if we think its good enough.
