Performing on stage... "definitely does not make me feel nervous. My first thought is that the show must go on."
Mumbai or Delhi? "Mumbai. It has given me everything - name, fame and the love of my life.Although I do miss Delhi and its bylanes."
My parents mean... "the world to me. Nobody can take their place in my life, just like music."
On inter-religious marriages: "Love is all that matters. Religion is of no consequence. God is a power, you cannot impress Him by breaking 100 coconuts and bowing before him every day!"
On playing housewife: "I am never at home long enough. So I don't even know how to cook, forget being a housewife. I can barely manage some Maggi and tea."
