We've been very busy lately and have a couple of new listings that are proving to be pretty popular.

Bridle Trails - Bellevue:  A great value property at $550,000 for 2110 sqft and a large (by city standards) 12,500 sqft lot.

These photos show the exterior, a dining room view with sliding glass door to deck and side/back yard, as well as a photo of the daylight basement.  Offers are being reviewed on Wednesday, May 14th at 730pm.  Offers must be in my office no later than 6pm to be considered.
