Greetings on a 'Sunday-Morn', friends...

The KOOTZ are "takin' it to the streets"... Well, actually... it's not a REAL street... Technically, we'll be performing in a parking-lot (dressed-up as a beer-garden)!... Yep, TO-DAY is the annual Caldwell 'Street Fair'... and we're gettin' back to our "roots", because this really IS the event that launched the nucleus of what ultimately BECAME 'The Kootz', 18 years ago... 10 years before we even 'Kootz-ified', officially!

Happy to say, that eighteen years after this all 'got off the ground', largely-thanks to the efforts of our departed founding-brother Dr. David Frisch (check out Dave's photo history at: http://www.thekootz.com/dfrisch-pics.php), there are still four original members 'active' in the band! Today's show will sport 2 originals, 'Bassin'-'Boom-Boom Benny'-Asher and Glenny-T (guitar/keys)... as well as Bobby Cianci on drums and Chris Roselle up-front on vocals and guitar! It all gets-goin' at 1:30 PM... BE THERE!!!

Hey, kids... The weekly 'Kootz Honor Roll' salutes the shows of the 'busy' past-week, with major "KOOT-Os" to EVERYONE who came-out to rock with us! We were ALL over the place; Wednesday at Amazing Grapes in Pompton Lakes, the season's final Newark Farmer's Market in Military Park on Thurs-DAY, followed that-evening by an acoustic 'hang' at The Famished Frog in Morristown... Friday's 'Love-Fest' at Victor's Maywood Inn, the best 'dam(n)' party on Saturday-afternoon and the HUGE 'hoot' at the venerable Liberty Tavern in Union on Saturday night! Whadda-'sched'!... Whadda-week!... What GREAT fans!
