sydney show date now 12th jan (not 23rd dec)

apologies for any inconvenience but our sydney show date has now moved to the 12th january (therefore we won't be playing on the 23rd december...)

thanks to everyone who made this year such an amazing experience.
to the people we met, the friends we made & the bands we played with, thank you...

we hope y'all have a peaceful festive season and we look forward to playing a show near you real soon.

the latest....UK & NYC...new single, more shows...

The girls' first album, Shadows Evolve, will see it's third single released on November 13. The title track taken from the album will include two new versions of run for our lives and hi skies, recorded live, in London, earlier this year.

"Over the next three weeks starting tonight, the morning after girls will be playing a show at The Fly Bar in Central London with loads of their good friends as part of their london residency. Doors open at 8pm each week.


At the conclusion of these shows, they will be joining Mark Gardner on sundayafternoon (29th october) at The Social, as guests of Sonic Cathedral.


Following this, they will be returning to New York to play on Rainbow Quartz's stage at the CMJ Music Marathon. This may be the last opportunity to see the band in USA before the girls embark on the completion of their second album.

The show is on the 3rd November at Arlene's Grocer. showtime is 11:15pm.

the girls in the uk..

firstly, thanks to everyone who came along to see us at recent shows in the uk in the last couple of weeks. we had a great time playing our own shows as well as with the dandy warhols, & playing @ the reading & leeds festivals on the weekend was amazing.

it looks like the morning after girls will be hanging about in the uk for a bit.. there's some tours being worked on, so we'll keep you posted on dates / venues etc...

run for our lives single and album out june 12 and 24th in the UK

the morning after girls will be releasing shadows evolve, our first full length debut on bestbefore records in the UK. it will be in store on the 24th june and there has been a limited run of vinyl pressed...

preceeding the album will be our second single run for our lives, which will out on the 12th of june. we sold out of our first single hi-skies in the first week of release, which was pretty amazing...so if you dont want to miss out on the limited edition 7" (with straight through you on the b-side), you can pre order it here.
