I just found another cool place for musicians and listeners...

It's called iSound.com  (http://www.isound.com/)

There's a free side and payed side to this.... An artist can have a limited space and be allowed free play/downloads or for a fee can charge for downloads (individually selectable)...

Listeners get to listen to the stuff and possibly download/buy copies....

Sounds good for everyone.... Check it out.

I've uploaded 2 songs of the 3 I'm allowed one is here on this site as well, but this still gives access to one new song.... and another to follow very soon.

An Artist's Frustration - Myspace Virtual Concerts?

So? What's up?

I work hard to make new friends here and use the system to get some exposure of my music to the world...

I've accumulated a few friends already.... adn a number of listens and comments re:mys music....

But the myspace think isn't giving people a chance to hear too much of my work as it's somewhat deversified....

It would be nice to see some album sales, but hey... I'll be happy just to be noticed....

Too bad there doesn't seem to be any way to address larger numbers of people at one time than adding friends one-by-one here on myspace....

A virtual concert thing would be very cool.... Allowing bands/musicians a chance to put together essentially a podcast which could be stored on myspace and somehow listed/displayed for viewing times or some such?

I don't know.... But it takes so much time to individually invite people.... I wonder if other artists feel as I do...

I love to connect with my friends on a personal basis.... and I do so with an ever growing number of them....

But trying to initiate contact? That's something I'd love to see addressed....

Anyone got any thoughts on this?
