Broken Meow Lizard's Meow Contest

It's that time of year again... Studying, finals, caps and gowns. Broken Lizard wants to help you relieve that end of the semester stress by throwing a contest in your honor. The contest is simple... Figure out the most creative way to say "Meow" multiple times to an unsuspecting group of people. Maybe you're making a commencement speech to your entire school, or maybe its a presentation at work. Get video proof of you saying "meow" more than once to a large group of unsuspecting people, post it on break.com or any other video uploading website, and then embed the video on our Contest blog. The winner will be judged by Broken Lizard on creativity and the number of "meows" spoken. Winner receives autographed copies of the entire Broken Lizard film library and a few surprises.
Contest ends June 30th. Contest is open to everyone. Enter at your own risk. Keep it legal and don't get yourself fired, arrested, or kicked out of school. Meow.

And also, I think Beerfest comes out on dvd December 5th. More on that later.
But seriously, get out there and vote. It's pathetic how few people vote.

It's time to get freaky!
Halloween is just around the corner and we thought this would be the the perfect time to have another contest for all our fans out there. What are you playing for? How about a free shirt off the brand spankin' new Broken Lizard clothing line from the GRAND OPENING of our new Merch Store? That's right! The winner of this contest will be able to choose any item from the Broken Lizard Merch Store after it launches later this month.
How do you play you ask? The rules are simple. You have until November 1st at 5:00 PM PST to post a photo in this blog with the best Broken Lizard themed costume you can conjure up! Be creative! On November 1st at 5:00 PM PST, we'll go through all the submissions and pick the winner. Good luck!

CONTEST: Pimp out your MySpace page!
Hello Friends,
Things are heating up here at headquarters and we have a lot of special things planned for ya'll. Now, here's your chance to win an autographed BEERFEST poster signed by all the Lizards. Here's what you have to do:
Take your existing MySpace page and sup' it up with everything and anything BEERFEST! We're talking pimped out pages here people. Pics, videos, animations, whatever you can come up with. We'll have all the Broken Lizard guys judge the pages submitted and the top 3 winners will get autographed BEERFEST posters!
Here are the rules:
-To submit your page, just post a comment on THIS BLOG (in our blog section), saying "check out my Beerfest page"
-You MUST use your existing personal MySpace page.
-Submissions will be judged on 3 factors: Creativity, Design, & the amount of times the word "Beerfest" appears on your page.
-The deadline to submit your page is Friday, September 1st. Winners will be announced shortly thereafter.

I Saw Superman
Dear Folks:
Heffernan, Lemme and I went to the SUPERMAN premier, where we met the big feller, SHAQUILLE O'NEAL. Great fucking movie by the way. LOVED IT.
We're working hard here on BEERFEST. It seems really funny to me. Lots of guzzling jokes.

"What's new" you say? "Not much" say we.
How did all these ridiculous hotties jump to the front of the line on the Top 8? Something's going on here.
What's new these days? Editing Beerfest. I just saw a new trailer. Very funny. (not enough me) Hopefully this trailer (or one with more me) will be appearing in multiplexes everywhere in a few weeks.
Jay and Kevin are editing furiously. Lemme and Erik are on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean, rubbing Crisco on each other. I'm in NYC, working on my movie. What else is there to talk about? I'd tell you what I'm listening to, but I think people on the old site got tired of me trying to force my musical tastes on you. Here's a change.... I'm trying to find some new music for my film. Tell me what you're listening to.

Under the knife

You might notice a few changes to our myspace page over the next couple of days. We went under the knife with a total re-design of our site. Check back soon and let us know what you think!
Also, thank you for all the messages you have been sending us. We're working hard on getting through all of them left for us while we were away shooting Beerfest!
