Your dreams wont die!

The Lord puts, dreams, goals,and plans in our hearts. How often does this happen and then hardship comes
or someone chops you down and rips your dreams to shreds? Then what do we do...we just give up. That really isnt what the Lord had planned though. He put those in you to fullfill them. It was like He gave you baby,if the Lord gave you a special baby, would you abort it? Absolutley not! You would go through the labor pains and have the baby. That is all Satans attacks are...labor pains, that will make the birth that much more rewarding. The Lord will not allow his/your baby to be aborted if you hold on through the labor. Check out Isaiah
66:7-13.
7 "Before the birth pains even begin,
Jerusalem gives birth to a son.
8 Who has ever seen anything as strange as this?
Who ever heard of such a thing?
Has a nation ever been born in a single day?
Has a country ever come forth in a mere moment?
But by the time Jerusalem's[a] birth pains begin,
her children will be born.
~ before your dream can come into full manifestation you will have to have labor pains.
Its part of the birthing.
9 Would I ever bring this nation to the point of birth
and then not deliver it?" asks the Lord.
"No! I would never keep this nation from being born,"
says your God.
~ Would the Lord ever give you A dream or a goal and bring it into your sight,
put you through pain and then not deliver? NO WAY!!
10 "Rejoice with Jerusalem!
Be glad with her, all you who love her
and all you who mourn for her.
11 Drink deeply of her glory
even as an infant drink at its mother's comforting breasts."
~ be happy the Lord is in control, take comfort in this fact.
12 This is what the Lord says:
"I will give Jerusalem a river of peace and prosperity.
The wealth of the nations will flow to her.
Her children will be nursed at her breasts,
carried in her arms, and held on her lap.
13 I will comfort you there in Jerusalem
as a mother comforts her child."
~ the Lord will prosper your dreams, and comfort you in all hard times and even through the growing pains! Just like a true parent with its child
Has the Lord given you a special baby? A dream that seems too big? a plan that is burried deep in your heart?
Do not give up on it! Have you gotten a bad report on your "baby"? Well God is the Great physician He says
the "baby" is alive and growing. Your dreams are HIS! He says they will be brought forth! Just hold on
"through the labor pains and know the Lord will bring forth that "baby" and it will be sucessful and
will grow, strong, healthy, and prosperous! He is with you every step of the way!

Isaiah 9:6-7- For us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from the [latter] time forth, even forevermore. 1 Corinthians 10:13-The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure. (nlt)

1 Corinthians 6:19-20- Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit who lives within you, whom you have received as a Gift from God? You are not your own, you were bought with a price, [purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His own]. So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body. (amp)

dreams

I grew up with very few dreams in life. Any goal I set or dream I had I was shattered to the ground! I quit dreaming and lost all my ambition in life. I look back now and realize thats probably why I took the roads in life that I did. I didnt have anyone in my life telling me I could do great things, or be what I wanted to be, or even tell me good job when I did something right.
I took the paths of a "sex industry worker" because satan minipulates it to make it look like the ultimate dream. People pay so much attention to you, you have all kinds of money, and everything seems glamorous!
Then when satan has you hooked either on the money, or drugs or whatever you start seeing the truth. Everyone around you is using you. Nobody is there for you when you get down, you find out that you have hurt the ones who did love you, when you run out of drugs or alcohol and your miserable and having withdrawl. start waking up with no integrity, living in total fear you may have an std from the night before because you dont remeber anything past the fifth drink at the bar.
So whats next? Another job in the same miserable industry looking for that glamorous feeling again, when the fact is you have been used up so bad nobody really wants you. Then you think your life is over and your ready to end it as apposed to living in the hell you created for yourself?
Well lets go back to "whats next" and "Nobody wants you" The fact that nobody wants you is a lie!!!! There is someone who wanted you from the time your dreams were being shatered as a child to your last overdose and beyond. He was wanting you the whole time. His name is Jesus! He wanted to give you a bright future and everything that you were made to have. Right about now you may be thinking well i messed it up and its too late. Unless you are already dead and reading this then it isnt too late! Its never too late. Wanna know whats next? Everything that God has had for you from the beginning! You have just taken the long way to get there. He is still there with His arms wide open and everything that he designed for you laying at Jesus's feet. How about making a trip to feet of Jesus and give him all the junk satan has given you and pick up all the wonderful things He has given to you?
I left the industry and now I have bigger hopes, dreams, goals and plans than I ever even imagined having as a child! I dont need the glamour of the world because I have the glory of Jesus!

Set your mind right

Colossians 3:2 says "and set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things) not on things that are on the earth" (AMP)
If we look at things from a heavenly prespective our "huge issues" seem like nothing more than a bump in the road. We are suppossed to renew our minds daily. When we do that, if we focus on the things above then the junk down here is nothing. We already know God is in control, so why try to take wheel and steer elsewhere? He knows what He is doing, and where He is taking us and it far better than what we could do.
My favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 2:2 in the amplified bible and it says : For I resolved to know nothing (to be acquainted with nothing, to make a display of the knowledge of nothing, and to be conscious of nothing) among you except Jesus Christ (the Messiah) and Him crucified.
The holy Spirit gave my such a revelation of that. If we cast down everything that isnt of Christ and what He did for us when He was crucified then think of the victory we can walk in. He died to give us salvation. In greek the word for salvation means not just saved but also HEALED, DELIVERED, PROTECTED, PRESERVED, and MADE WHOLE! That wipes out any problem we could EVER have!
Next time you face a problem that seems soo big just ask yourself "Is my mind set right? " Is this of Christ and what I received when I got saved?

Power in your words

I found this in a book. It said there is power in your words. try reading this out loud everyday for a moth and watch how your way of thinking about yourself changes. I think its pretty awesome!
I renounce the lie that I am rejected, unloved, dirty, or shameful because in Christ I am completely accepted. God says:
- I am Gods child (John -1:12)
- I am Christ’s friend (John 15:5)
- I have been justified (Romans 5:1)
- I am united with the Lord and I am one spirit with Him (1 Corinthians 6:17)
- I have been bought with a price and I belong to God (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
- I am a member of Christ’s body (1 Corinthians:12:27)
- I am a saint, a holy one (Ephesians 1:1)
- I have been adopted as God’s child (Ephesians 1:5)
- I have direct access to God through the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 2:18)
- I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins (Colossians 1:14)
- I am complete in Christ (Colossians 2:10)
I renounce the lie that I am guilty, unprotected, alone, or abandoned because in Christ I am totally secure. God says:
- I am free forever from condemnation (Romans 8:1-2)
- I am assured that all things work together for good (Romans 8:28)
- I am free from any condemning charges against me (Romans 8:31-34)
- I can not be separated from the love of God (Romans 8:35-39)
- I have been established, anointed, and sealed by God ( 2 Corinthians 1:21-22)
- I am confident that the good work God has begun in me will be perfected (Philippians 1:6)
- I am a citizen of Heaven (Philippians 3:20)
- I am hidden with Christ in God (Colossians 3:3)
- I have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love ,and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1: 7)
- I can find grace and mercy to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16)
- I am born of God and the evil one cannot touch me (1 John 5:18)
I renounce the lie that I am worthless, inadequate, helpless, or hopeless because in Christ I am deeply significant. God says:
- I am the salt of the earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13-14)
- I am a branch of the true vine, Jesus, a channel of His life (John 15:1-5)
- I have been chosen and appointed by God to bear fruit (John 15:16)
- I am a personal, Spirit- empowered witness of Christ (Acts 1:8)
- I am a temple of God ( 1 Corinthians 3:16)
- I am a minister of reconciliation for God (2 Corinthians 5: 17-21)
- I am God’s co-worker (2 Corinthians 6:1)
- I am seated with Christ in the heavenly realm (Ephesians 2:6)
- I am God’s workmanship, created for good works (Ephesians 2:10)
- I may approach God with freedom and confidence (Ephesians 3:12)
- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13)
I am not the great "I Am" but by the grace of God I am what I am
