Since we last spoke:

Cayte and I have had the priviledge to move to our own house. Today is the literally the 1st I've been able to enjoy of it. It is an awesome house and a stunning 1st effort on our end. I am proud.

Novelift has been hitting pretty hard. This new found interest from the rest of the members is refreshing. I really love the band as long as we're sharing the stage making music. That part of it always seems to work really well.

I've started the hunt for a new amp. The Ampeg has been faithful for many  many many years, but the time is upon me to retire it. Tubes amps always seem to hit these magic moments where they just tell you they aren't going to work as hard as they have. This "I've done my part a-hole!" retaliation. Fair is fair I suppose. 

The job is BUSY as all hell right now. They've had me traveling about visiting and educating clients and doing industry specific conferences. Apparently, I am an "expert" in my field. I've been published in several industry rags in recent months. Who knew? As long as the paychecks keep clearing the bank, I guess I should roll with it! Regardless, I am enjoying it and gaining tons of portable experience. Yea long term!

Well, actually being at home now, I suppose I should quit blogin' and get to unpacking and organizing. Thanks for reading

Playing Rock n Roll...
or maybe its maximum R&B? At any rate, Novelift has ressurrected itself to go be in public again. Bet you were wondering... [right] We are playing a really cool show at the End on Thursday. Hope everyone ever can come. I'm very excited to watch at least 2 - 3 songs from all the other bands, which is a lot from me and my pretentious arse. White Rose Rebellion is going to rock our socks off. Can't wait.

We rocked a great show @ Crossroads in Huntsville, Alabama and the Basement here in Cashville. Thanks to everyone who came out to support.

I blew a speaker in my Ampeg. Tooooo much fuzz. I was told at the Basement, by a fan, that they couldn't believe how loud I was. Rather scary to me seeing as to how I turned down a great deal for the smaller size of the venue.

Jason, Rufus and Doy were out. They are great people. Get to know them if you don't. You'll be glad.

This blog has taken an eerie Jr. High quality to it.

in other news:

The Cayte and I are in the beginning stages of trying to find a house we might like to buy. Hopefully by mid summer we'll have something picked out. This is a very daunting experience, but fun in the same. Any thoughts or suggestions to the matter are appreciated.

The point of this blog has becoming pointless it appears. More at a later date. Come to the rock show.
