Predatory NY State trooper waiting for us to leave service island...

Predatory NY State trooper waiting for us to leave service island..
We have permission from the management of the Service Plaza to be here. He is a Christian and loves our ministry.
Nevertheless while waiting for our brother to get back with parts, an employee of the NY State Police rolled up on the congregation and told them it was illegal to be broke down on the NY State Thruwayand/or have parts delivered. In other words, he's full of shit and has already antagonized us.
He obviously has no regard for the oath he took to uphold the Constitution and we may have to bust him. and turn him in as renegade enforcer. We don't know his Name but we have his unit and license plate . we could use some backup here.
The license is NY State 5787 and his unit is 7005. He is with the notice of our Sovereign Authority and has stood down for the time being. My intuition tells me he is waiting for us to leave the service Island so he can "pull us over" for some random violation of commercial status.
We will continue this blog if he is waiting for us down the road and stops us.
Godsent out.
UPDATE: Actually, our crew took so long loading up back into the FOV that I'm sure the Dude forgot about us. God bless the freeks.
Total chaos has it's advantages.

HALE v. HENKEL 201 U.S. 43 at 89 (1906)
Current mood: rebellious
Category: News and Politics
The United States Constitution Protects Our "INDIVIDUAL" Right To Contract in "Privacy!" See: United States Constitution, Article 1, Section 10 HALE v. HENKEL 201 U.S. 43 at 89 (1906) Hale v. Henkel was decided by the united States Supreme Court in 1906. The opinion of the court states: The"individual" may stand upon "his Constitutional Rights" as an American National.
He is entitled to carry on his "private" business in his own way.
"His power to contract is unlimited."
He owes no duty to the State or to his neighbors to divulge his business,
or to open his doors to an investigation,
so far as it may tend to incriminate him.
He owes no duty to the State,
since he receives nothing therefrom,
beyond the protection of his life and property.
"His rights" are such as "existed" by the Law of the Land (Common Law) "long antecedent" to the organization of the State,
and can only be taken from him by "due process of law",
and "in accordance with the Constitution."
"He owes nothing" to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights."
HALE V. HENKEL 201 U.S. 43 at 89 (1906) Hale v. Henkel is binding on all the courts of the United States of America
until another Supreme Court case says it isn't.
No other Supreme Court case has ever overturned Hale v. Henkel None of the various issues of Hale v. Henkel has ever been overruled Since 1906, Hale v. Henkel has been cited by the Federal and State Appellate Court systems over 1,600 times!
In nearly every instance when a case is cited, it has an impact on precedent authority of the cited case. Compared with other previously decided Supreme Court cases,
no other case has surpassed Hale v. Henkel in the number of times it has been cited by the courts. "Speak softly and carry a big stick!"

Current mood: triumphant
Category: News and Politics
Frederick, Maryland: Monday, June 2
All Praise be to Yah, Jah, & Krsna! UPDATE: VICTORY!! Sovereign Mother gets child back from State kidnappers...
On June 2nd the FREDERICK JUVENILE COURT concluded that there was NO CAUSE for the Terrorist attact & Kidnapping of the Hindu family's baby by the FREDERICK POLICE GANG & THE SOCIALIST SERVICES. FREDERICK CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE: THERESA ADAMS ordered the immediate return of the Kidnapped 3yr old child to her loving family after a four day separation into unknown enviroment. Baby was happy to be home but showed signs of emotional trauma & had rash where she said someone had put lotion on her feet. She has been raised on Orgainic foods & natural baby care products since birth. The official report from the SC-POTF concluded that MULTIPLE FEDERAL LAWS were violated & they are helping the aggreived family prepare the Civil Suit estimated at Seven Million U.S. Treasury gold Dollars, and will be requesting prosecution by the ATTORNEY GENERAL for THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Inc. Thanks to all who helped out & voiced there outrage with those at falt, & your prayer's & encouraging words. & Thanks to the attorney for the STATE, STEPHEN G. SLATER for visiting our web-site before dropping the case & gifting us with a 13th edition Constutional Law Book to add to our Library. This will help alot on future cases. Our notation of fact of law is that the STATE has NO Jurisdiction over Sovereign, American Nationals! regardless of what kind of vessel they opperate or the type of hair the have. Frederick Maryland Terrorist gang rapes traveling family and kidnaps 3 year-old.
While traveling through Maryland on their way to a religious convention and stopping for dinner at a Indian restaurant in downtown Frederick, a Hindu family from Virginia, was held hostage for 3 hours while a gang of approximately 13 renegade Frederick employees bearing firearms ransacked their van, desecrated their religious paraphernalia and kidnapped their 3 year-old daughter, leaving parents devastated.
The incident began with a random stop, but shortly thereafter went awry as more and more Frederick employees accumulated around the travelling Hindu family and began interrogating them and "profiling" them them for their sincerely held religious beliefs.
The family was on their way to have dinner when they were told that technically they were under arrest. Believing that they had nothing to fear from the Frederick employees, they were respectful and cooperative. Without cause or reasonable suspicion, the Fredrick employees ransacked the family's van usurping and vandalizing the neatly organized contents of every briefcase, suitcase, bathroom bag and trunk of religious paraphernalia dumping all items out making the environment appear "trashed".
Finding nothing illegal, the Frederick employees brought in a social worker to examine the condition of the family's van, supposedly out of concern for their child's welfare, two hours after the child's dinner time. The woman made the assumption that the family was "homeless" and living in the van. Her claim was that the condition of the van was "trashed", "disgusting", and 'un-live-able". The Men in the family were barricaded from the mother by a circle of approximately eight armed Frederick employees, while the social worker threatened the Hindu mother with taking her child and demanded information in codified legal jargon.
The Hindu family was left devastated with mother crying in the street as the Frederick employees drove off with her vegetarian daughter in the back of a Frederick city patrol car.
When reporting the kidnapping and federal law violations to 911 with cell phone , their legitimacy was questioned by the Frederick city dispatcher.
"I prayed about this, and asked God why this was happening to me and what I should do. And He told me that I have nothing to fear, that this is my service to Him, and that He wants me to win this case to set precedent, so that nothing like this will never happen to His good people in this country ever again." -Laura: West, Hindu mother, 22
All police employees are required to take an oath to uphold the Constitution and follow procedures of "due process of law" but the conduct of the Fredrick, Maryland employees appears to be in violation of a plethora of Federal codes and fit the description of "Terrorist" activities.
These acts consequently, constitute violations of TITLE 18 of the UNITED STATES CODE at chapter 13 sec. 241CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS and TITLE 18 chapter 13 sec. 247 DAMAGE TO RELIGIOUS PROPERTY; OBSTRUCTION OF THE FREE EXERCISE OF RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
The Hindu family feels that their rights to free exercise of their religious beliefs have been severely violated and that God has called them to bring it to the attention of the Attorney General for the United States of America and Congress for the prosecution of the Frederick city employees.
