Hector Pizarro - Live set 14-04-2008

hi there!

we would like to present you a new live set by Hector Pizarro!

This set had been recorded at Vallée fm 98.4 in april 2008, a radio from the suburb of Paris where H.P had a show since 2002 the "Chile con mix" (eclectic music each wednesday at 7pm on www.valleefm.fr).
All songs are remixes, originals tracks released , unsigned or out soon for Toppaz Digital , Disappear Here, Radioactiva records , written and produced by HP.
The goal was to find and a way to get a dancefloor atmosfear with some noises, samples, voices maybe not used oftenly like "Libertad" made by Pizarro brothers ( cristian & hector) with a folk sample of Patricio Manns, "Candombe" with some ambient taken from a chilean manifestation in Paris .
He always looks for things which will remind him his roots : south america using a lot of percussion,african rhythm
or his musical education like a fat bassline from the dub and some sounds from the jazz.
