The Trentemøller live in concert EP is out today! It contains four exclusive recordings of tracks from ‚The Last Resort', complete with an ecstatic open-air crowd in the background which were taken from a magical live show at the Roskilde Festival, Denmark, 2007.

It was a truly revelatory set - I wanted to rush home and put The Last Resort on repeat! (Pitchfork Media)

NEW REMIXES
Although Anders works a very busy schedule at the moment, he found the time to finalise four new remixes! Trentemøller remixed „Lust" and „Aly Walk With Me" from the new Raveonettes album „Lust Lust Lust" alongside „The White Flash" by Modeselektor feat. Thom Yorke. Anders also remixed „Doesn't Matter" from Kasper Bjørke's album „In Gumbo". All four remixes are yet to be released. Watch out.

Trentemøller Live in Concert EP drops soon!!!

Trentemøller's live in concert show at the biggest European musicfestival in Roskilde 2007 was one of highlights of last summer season. Right in time for Rosklide 08 Poker Flat will releae four live-tracks from this outstanding show on multiple demand as digital only EP. The EP perfectly catches the magic atmosphere of 25.000 people floating 20 centimeters above the ground.

OUT NOW!! Trentemøller: "Miss You" (am28)

After the huge success of his albums ‚The Last Resort’ and ,The Trentemøller Chronicles’, Trentemøller graces the Audiomatique catalogue once again, featuring four timeless and accomplished remixes of his haunting track, ‚Miss You.’

The original is a deeply musical study showing off Trentemøller’s unique composition skills, and for this release he presents a cut up re-rub full of classic texture and warmth. One of two more club friendly remixes on the release, his remix adds sharp hi-hats and even more hypnotic layers of melodies, creating an energetic track which sits in the ever-smoky borders between techno, house and electronica.

Climbing up from deep within his unique and unmistakable river of sound, Scape’s legendary producer Pole is next to provide a remix. Bass heavy dub-steps close around a tripped out abstraction of the original theme, allowing 7 minutes of glorious analogue experimentation to unfold. A rich cloud of defined and considered noise surfaces to very meniscus of the track, before sinking away back into the depths…

One of Germany’s longest serving figures in Techno, Pascal F.E.O.S, chooses to remain true to the musicality of the original with his drifting techno slow burner. The remix introduces melody as its central focus, but is still underpinned by the Level Non Zero figurehead’s tough but reduced rhythm track, that drives persistently, without distorting one’s view of the stirring melodic happenings.

Finally two talented musicians from Copenhagen’s electronic underground, Lulu Rouge and Asger Baden, take the stirring beauty of the original’s piano melody and create a filmic, beatless interpretation. Gentle washes of warm strings and atmospheres glide subtly through the pale ether of this wonderfully restrained remix.

New Trentemøller single coming soon!!!

Just confirmed: Anders Trentemøller will release the next Audiomatique 12" in March 2008!!!

The record will contain four remixes of Trentemøller's "Miss You", originally taken from his debut longplayer "The Last Resort". One remix done by himself and the others are done by the well known brilliant producers Pascal F.E.O.S., Pole and Lulu Rouge.

So be thrilled and be patient until March, full of pleasant anticipation we will keep you informed!

MOAN SECOND IN THE STUDIO BRUSSEL 2007 HOTLIST

The fantastic Trentemøller's "Moan" is this years nr. 2 in the Studio Brussel hotlist, meaning the second most played record of the year on the biggest national youth station. Congratulations!

The Trentemøller Chronicles OUT NOW (& USA tour)

Hi, just a brief note to let you know, that my new double-cd (& double vinyl) is out today!

This new double album is not a new studio album, but - as the title indicates - an overview of Trentemøller's impressive body of work. The Trentemøller Chronicles include Anders' personal selection of his best songs and remixes, which have only been available on vinyl or on compilations, as well as some new and exclusive songs. But the fantastic Trentemøller mix on CD1 and the fine selection of remixes on CD2 make this release a great double album in its own right for extraordinary listening pleasure. As the new songs and remixes Trentemøller has produced following „The Last Resort" have yet to be released, or, like some of his best tracks and remixes had only been available on vinyl-12", if at all, or were scattered to the four winds, it was high time to appreciate a fantastic producer with this new double album: The Trentemøller Chronicles. The first CD has been mixed and compiled by Trentemøller, flowing effortlessly through his own songs. The second CD features Trentemøller's best remixes as compiled by Anders and highlights the versatility of this great producer. The Trentemøller Chronicles have been released on Poker Flat's sister label Audiomatique today (France: 12.10.).
