Two Gallants on Fearless Music TV this Saturday

Two Gallants will be on Fearless Music TV in NYC this Saturday night, February 9th, performing "Nothing To You". Fearless Music TV airs Saturday nights at 12:30am on Fox 5 in NYC. tour update, record out in europe...

Hi Everyone.  The US tour is winding through the Southern US now and soon back to California for the San  Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco shows.  As a late addition an in-store at Zia's Records in Tucson at 5pm on Monday (the 15th) has been added to the schedule. 

The new album Two Gallants is out now in Europe, US, and Canada.   We also wanted to tell you our friends Blitzen Trapper will be joining us for the whole European Tour which starts Nov 1.  Kelley Stoltz will also be joining us for select UK shows, see below for dates.   A new addition on the EU tour is a 2pm show in Cardiff on Nov. 11 for an event hosted by Huw Stephens called the SWN Fest.  Advance ticket and show info for the tour can be found on www.twogallants.com and www.saddle-creek.com.

Lastly, a new video for "Despite What You've Been Told" is finally about to surface...keep an eye out.  Take care.

toronto & glasgow shows added to tour

show added: 2gs will play in glasgow at the classic grand on nov 8th. tickets should be available online or by calling 0870 169 0100 .

show added: 2gs will play in toronto on monday october 1 at el mocambo. they will support john vanderslice, blitzen trapper opens. songs for moms will not be on this show.

thanks for all the emails from both these cities...we couldn't announce glasgow until after connect festival and we couldn't get a show in Toronto at first. fortunately the John Vanderslice show opened up and he was kind enough to add us to the bill.

The Scenery of Farewell is out

the Scenery of Farewell is out in stores across the US today, as well as across Europe. there is some limited edition 180 gram vinyl released of it as well. if it's not in your store send us a note. anton patzner, jackie peretz gratz, and chico tunney guest on the album. artwork design and layout was by the talented matt maust from the cold war kids. the legendary jacob peanuts snavely shot the photo on the back and Maust's cohort Wignall shot the photo on the front. enjoy.

adam and tyson want to apologize for the show in Houston at Walter's on Washington being cut short on Friday Oct 13. some of the mainstream sources have been inaccurate so we want to thank all of you who have emailed offering your support and eyewitness accounts of what really happened. you can read some of these and see some images (and/or send in what you saw) on the forum, or this myspace page, and this one too. the band will speak more about this in the next few days as they have been advised not to comment much at this point.
