The concert by Underworld will be re-scheduled for another date, for which your ticket will be valid. Should you wish a refund instead please send your tickets back recorded delivery for full refund.

Denver; Free album questions.

Hi this is a recorded reply sent to us, sorry in the delay to answer and reading all the messages, there were a lot of questions about the free album giveaway in Denver so here's a general answer for everyone.

- Those who paid by credit card, we have your address. CDs will be sent to the same address your tickets were sent to.

- Those of you who paid by cash or purchased at the venue, you were asked for your address at the show in Denver.

- CDs will be shipped the week commencing Monday October 15th

- Any queries should be directed to Scott Kanov at LiveNation (scottkanov@livenation.com)

- It's ok to leave some cookie.

Venue change explanation

We are very sorry about the change of venue for the Denver show and even more sorry about how the news has been broken.

It's come as a surprise and bitter disappointment to us also - it's been a dream to play Red Rocks for many many years.

The bottom line is that ticket sales for the Red Rocks show have been poor and for weeks we've been assured that sales would pick-up and that the show would go on. At this point we're unclear as to why, but at the end of the day we were not presented with any choice. It is disappointing to say the least, and responsibility for an honest explanation falls to us - but all those who purchased tickets and in some cases are planning long journeys to make this show are due some sort of explanation.

Denver show moved to the Fillmore Auditorium

Saturday, September 08, 2007 - Live Nation just announced that UNDERWORLD, originally scheduled to perform at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Tuesday September 11, will perform at the Fillmore Auditorium. Paul Oakenfold will open the show.
Showtime is 7:30 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM.

Tickets are on sale now at The Fillmore Auditorium Box Office and at all Ticketmaster retail locations including select Macy's stores, select FYE stores, The Official Visitors Center @ 1600 California St. and Angelo's CD's & more.
Ticket Center hours may vary. Contact retailer to confirm hours of operation.
