Well, my summer break is just about over. I have to start packing up and move back to Oxford, and then move from the place I am currently in to a new place inwhich I still haven't finalized all the paperwork. Feh. And the school starts back for me next Tuesday. Yay, and stuff. Well, thats about it.

The movie Feast rocks. Yeah, thats right. It's the best campy/comedy/horror movie I've seen in a while. That and its got Henry Rollins in it, which rocked. I think thats all I have to say right now.

It's about time I made an update of some kind.
I am now the proud owner of a nice new shiney black frame futon. This means I no longer have to sleep on the floor. I was sleeping on an aero matress (you know, the inflatable one), well that appearently had a puncture somewhere. I would inflate it around 10pm, and by midnight it would be flat. I've been sleeping like this for the past few days. My back hurts.
Oh, and appearently I'm bleeding all over everything. It seems I cut my finger, and it wont stop bleeding. But don't worry, I patched it up. It didn't start hurting until I ran cold water over it. Oh well, thats about it for now.

Drinking condo party fun

Damn, that was one hell of a crazy party last nigt. We are still cleaning up the mess. Well, the mess wasn't that bad, it could have been a lot worse. But damn, that was fun. Drunken people to the left of me, drunken people to the right of me, and one or two who did not drink but have funny ideological views all there own, which amused me. All in all, fun night to be had.

It has been two months living down in  Oxford. Doing the school life thing. I've come to realize a few things. I tend to be a rather lonely person. I can be out in a crowded room, even talking to people, and have this feeling of loneliness. I'm not saying its a bad thing. Its given me time to reflect upon what it is I'm doing. What it is keeping me from my friends. Why I have to walk a seperate path. It is all about dreams. Dreams are what drive us for tommorow. This is the whole reasoning behind what we do and why we do it.
My dreams have moved my out of Memphis to further an education. This will no doubt further move me away from Memphis in the long run. As I can see no way around it. The market of employment I will one day look for will need a larger stage for me to stand on. This is not to say I wont miss all the people back home.
Our pathes have crossed, and may one day cross again. These connections that have been made/will be made, are what make us who we are. Without all of you in my life at some point or another, I would not be who I am today. Realizing this has made me more aware to why I do the things I do, and the things I will do.
Oh yeah, it is a bit late and I am rambling. I just thought I would make a post. I haven't made one in such a long time.

Update, schools okay
Current mood: exhausted

Well it's day two of classes. I'm still bored out of my mind. I have no idea of how to get around in the city except to and from school. Its not so bad. I have plenty of food I brought to the condo to eat. I really don't need to go out much anyways.

As for classes. They seem easy enough. I've got Calculus with Applications 1 and Applied Writing for non-english majors. We do about 2 to 3 chapters a day in each class. I've got a test every week, and 5 essays to write.

I'm looking forward to this weekend. I can sleep in a bed, and it's the Italian Fest.

Moving soon

Well for those of you who don't know, by the end of this week, I will officially be living in Oxford. That's right, Ole Miss' finally let me go to their crap-tastic school. That means I may actually finish getting my degrees. (Yes, thats right, degreeS.) So if you have my number and want to grab some coffee inbetween the time I have of cleaning.packing to the time of my leaving and driving down there, give me a call. I should have some time allocated to non-moving related stuff.

And I will be back on the weekends, but thats to work. So my time then is rather taken; being that I close on saturdays and open on sundays (which means as soon as I get off work I have to drive back to Oxford.)

Well, thats about it.

Well, I know I don't post much, or blog, or whatever you kids call it these days. But over this weekend, I have come bringing good and bad news for myself.
The good news:  I've got some summer and fall classes that I've signed up for. Which means if all go as planned, by the end of May I get to move. For the summer I get to take; Business Calc 1, Applied Writting, and Mangerial Economics. Yay!
The bad news: As soon as I pull into town off of the highway, my car dies. Now I'm sans car, no way of getting around, no idea what the problem is (its not electrical or the fuses or the fuel filter, but has to be related to the fule system). So, um, yeah, this week is going to suck. Next week, I hope to have my car back.
On to other news.....................................Well, okay, I have no other news.
