Flying with the Taliban
Current mood:  busy
Every October I head for Seattle to teach people about Sacred Prostitution, Tantra and Non-Violent Communication techniques. I also get the chance to connect with my cousin, Allena, who happens to be the director of the Center for Sex Positive Culture (http://www.sexpositiveculture.org/). I usually book an inexpensive flight on Southwest Airlines. I will probably do so this year, but not without some trepidation. It seems that Southwest Airlines has become a self-appointed fashion nazi. Despite an historical tradition of hot pants and seductive stewardesses, Southwest Airlines has suddenly gotten "good" and wants to enforce their dowdy sense of style on the rest of us. Snow in the Sierras
Current mood:  accomplished
I love my writer's retreat. Little cabin in the woods. Haven't seen snow in years unless I drove to it. Got a foot of snow for New Year's. Should see more tonight. My new book will be in bookstores in August. Working on the next one all ready. Sending lots of love and prayers for the tsunami victims. I want to visit India and Thailand some day. Was hoping for an international book tour . . .
