BOYS VS.MEN

Boys try to control their women.
Men control themselves.

Boys lie and hide.
Men are honest and take responsibility for their actions.

Boys put their hands on their women in anger.
Men only touch their woman as acts of intimacy or in a posture of prayer.

Boys avoid commitment.
Men have the courage to be vulnerable in relationship.

Boys criticize and complain.
Men compliment and cultivate.

Boys talk about what they're going to do.
Men do it.

Boys pride themselves on being pimps and playas.
Men recognize that to disrespect or degrade women is a sign of self hatred.

Boys' heads are on the swivel while out with a woman.
Men are respectful enough to give a woman his undivided attention (that means eye contact) at least until the date ends.

Boys think they've done something when they occupy a woman's bed.
Men know you ain't done nothing until you occupy a woman's heart and penetrate her soul.

Boys are intimidated by a strong woman.
Men recognize that iron sharpens iron and avoid simple women.

Boys get angry, blame, and/or avoid their girl when she tells him she's pregnant.
Men take control of their own destiny and handle their business (using condoms, pulling out, vasectomy, etc.) before having sex.

Grown Women Vs Girls.....from a friends blog!

Girls want to control the man in their life.

Grown women know that if he is truely hers, he doesnt need controlling.

Girls check you for not calling.

Grown women are too bust to realize you haddent.

Girls are afraid to be alone.

Grown women revel in it-using it as time for personal growth.

Girls ignore the good guys.

Grown women ignore the bad guys.

Girls make you come home.

Grown women make you want to come home.

Girls leave their schedule wide open and wait for a guy to call and make plans.

Grown women make plans, and nicely tell the guy to get in where he fits in.

Girls worry about not being pretty and or good enough for their man.

Grown women know that they are good enough for any man.

Girls try to monopolize all their man's time ( i.e, dont want him hanging with his friends).

Grown women realize that alil bit of space makes the "together time" even more special and goes to kick it with her own friends.

Girls think a guy crying is weak.

Grown women offer their shoulder and a tissue.

Girls want to be spoiled and "tell" their man so.

Grown women"show" him and make him comfortable enough to recieprocate without fear of loosing his "manhood".

Girls get hurt by one man, and make all men pay for it.

Grown women know that was just one man.

Girls fall in love and chase aimlessly after the object of their affection, ignoring all "signs".

Grown women know that sometimes the one you love, doesnt always love you back, and moves on without bitterness.

Girls will read this and get mad.

Grown women will read it and pass it on to their women and male friends.

BITCH=

Why keep complaining about it being used by men if you say to men and women? The word may not be so bad, just because we used it so vulgarly in the past, present and who says not the future. It is deeper than which it is defined as in the dictionary that is: " A female dog (fox, wolf, and occasionally other beast").

 If something normally makes you feel unpleasant or you don't agree you change your surrounding, use it for good. Most times we say I know they are not talking to me I am not tripping. Don't trip ladies (mostly). I really never cared too much about the word and never really cared or react to the word.

It was just until the other day, I was holding a conversation, with a close friend and this particular person…calls each other everything…. Meaning good things and he said I could even call you my Bitch cause we tight like that. For some reason this day I reacted and said No the hell you can't…(being more than hormonal)…lol not!

This is what he said that me think uuumm. See often times we take things out of its context. Let's think a (BITCH) Female Dog is one who depends on no one, has a mind of her own, cares for their pups(children) often times with no help, feeds their puppies with no hesitation and will at no cost protect them from the male. The female dog can run an unwanted male dog away.

She has to be more than strong to protect, care, provide and have the courage to run anything away (me thinking now). Now really ladies how many us try to show all of the above to someone…. courage, strength…etc!

..

So I say call me watch you want but if you knew how I defined it…I bet the word would began to fade away out of the mouth of many. See if the negative mouth new that this was a motivation, tell me why would it be said then...

Just wanted to start a discussing on a word that is used so freely. Tell me what you think…. written for discussion!

Questions

If he/she asked what is it that is bothering you, and you give the honest answer.....

Why does he/she keep doing the one thing that hurts you?

If he/she know that you complete one another, why does he/she continue to push you away?

Why do people play on the word love?

Why ask him/her hand in marriage if you are not ready?

Why when he/she is not ready for commitment, eventually he/she blames one of cheating to get out?

Why ask he/she to be in a relationship, if you just want to sail the ship alone?

If you don't want him/her, why not just let it go?

If he/she tells you that she like skittles, why keep giving her starburst?

Why does he/she feel like someone is incapable of loving them, when they have been hurt?

Why start a new relationship, if you want it to be like the last one that didn't last?

.....Just somethings I think about....Can I get someone opinion and views on it....

A few of my blog buddies are in an activity...that allows us to share with others and prevent this writer's block issue a lot of us may  have. So a wonderful  Jamacian princess came up with the idea to give topics present pictures and allows up to write on a host of things........We were shown to pictures on of a crowd of people and the other a lovely picture of stars and in a some the universe. We were asked to write on either pic but, me being me i mixed the two....so here it is.....

Once upon a star I stare and pray for another day, to reach out to the souls of the people. Even the children wait to see who brings momma smiles and allows daddy to walk the dog.

They stand there waiting my arriving (my presence).

I am already near; I have always been in their hearts always.

I am the shadows of the joy for most.

I am the alpha and omega, the beginning and end, the bright and morning star. I am the reason all the people walk, run and stand.

I am always in the crowd..I stare and pray for another day to reach out to the souls of the people.

See me I am the glow around the universe

The Time

A passion of a minute can always fly bye

     The candles always die at the right second but, just imagine me being with you for only an hour

Holding each other, you holding nothing but flesh

   Your heated breath caresses my body

Me the almighty finally afraid!

I press your hand against my heart, so you can feel my thunder, as we listen to the waves

No words being spoken no less than a minute

                        Valentine, Easter, Christmas

Its finally another year

The candles dying at the right second, I imagined myself there in your arms for only one Hour

Frustrated

Frustrated

Its hard to do and I never say I cant.

I have used up all of my energy, and this time it is not exciting. (just a piece)

I stood there, minute after minute and my soul began ache, I even starting gritting my teeth.

I dazed off at the wall to try and figure out this bull crap. I called mother by this time because I was so tense.

I use a pot, a cup and even a soda can. What can I do? It is 85 degrees in this house and nobody knows what I am going through.

I am hot and pissed so I sat down for a minute to think.

Thinking. thinking now I got it (a smile)

I came to this conclusion:

Just run water on that damn bag of ice.....lol
