I wear bathing suits practically every day here, so if you make bikinis and want your work to be exposed during the summer here in Waikiki and on my site here on myspace, I'll be more than glad to do that for you!
Go ahead and send me a message with the title as Bikinis and we can get something started here! Thanks all!

AIDS WALK LOS ANGELES! OCT 21ST!!!

AIDS
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome
Everyone knows or has heard of this disease by now. At this time in our lives, in our generation, not only does awareness need to be more common but also action towards the situation. Although treatments for AIDS and HIV exist to slow the virus down, there is no known cure…yet.
Before moving out to Hawaii, I worked for MAC Cosmetics, who is one of the only companies to donate 100% of a product's proceeds to people with AIDS and HIV. With this company, I became more aware of the impact it has on the world and individuals with or without the disease. The Viva Glam campaign is such a great cause, and Pamela Anderson was one of the greatly successful spokespersons for the company. You can find more information regarding the Viva Glam campaign, other campaigns for children with AIDS and HIV, and also, where the $14.00 for the product goes at www.macaidsfund.org
… It's really interesting… Did you know that $14.00 can feed a baby with AIDS for a whole week?

There is an estimate of 39 million people living with AIDS worldwide. It is one of the most destructive epidemics in history. There are so many horrible symptoms that come with disease, so living a normal daily life is practically impossible. I mean for me, I can't imagine going through half of the things these people endure.

The annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles is October 21, 2007
It's crazy to see how many people show up! It's right by the Bev Center too… and you walk up Melrose too! There are so many groups, companies, and clubs that are involved, so look around in your community and jump on the band wagon!...or, still donate and go with a few friends! It really is a neat thing to be apart of and I know I feel really great afterwards. Make sure to bring your walking shoes!
You can get more information for the time and directions at www.aidswalk.net

Hey guys, and if you want more information on the AIDS epidemic in LA, you can check out www.apla.org

Really guys, check all this stuff out and take an interest in it. Everyday, more and more people are infected with the disease, and I know you hear that a lot, but its really true. Make sure you're getting checked out on a regular basis too!
You'll be hearing me say this a lot…but… DON'T ALMOST GIVE!!!

Thanks guys…
xo

I love my job.

Alright so, many people would think that I'm superficial, stuck up, conceited... ect. But believe it or not, I do have a heart :) Ask my friends, I swear!

Well yesterday at work it was just completely busy, but I felt it was going to be a pretty good day, and it totally was. A mother came up to the counter and had her daughter's hand wrapper around her arm. Her daughter's head was down and I was wondering if she was just shy to come up to the counter. Her mother asked me if I could help her out, she explained to me that she was blind and how she needed something simple, but something to bring her blue eyes out. I sat her down and picked out a pretty but subtle color called Paradisco that totally worked in contrast with her eyes.  I let her feel what kind of brush she wanted and everything. I asked how old she was, and she said 18. After they left, I just went in the back and bursted out in tears. I take for granted sooo much in life and I didn't even realize it. But I'm so glad I helped her out, and without having a job like mine, I wouldn't have come across helping this girl out. Lisa, one of the other girls who I work with, told me about how she once did a girls make up going through kemotherapy and that she had the biggest smile on her face the whole time. It's crazy how big of a difference I can make with people with just make up. Not to mention all the money we raise for helping people with AIDS with our Viva Glam lipsticks.
What a nice way to start the New Year :)

He's the one they call Dr. Feelgood
Current mood: sick

So yesterday, I had to get my ass up out of bed way too early in the morning and drive down to LA for a MAC training class- taught by one of MAC's Senior Artists named John Stapleton

A really sweet guy and an awesome artist. Despite the whole day of me being terribly sick and drunk on way too much cough medicine, he gave me tons of inspiration and made me so much more envious of his career. He told me if I needed any help transferring, to let him know. Yae :)

So ya, I'm so sick and I've lost my voice. Good thing I don't have to work today.

I was thinking to myself earlier this morning while in bed.. I'm going to be 20 in like 6 weeks... someone send me to neverland so I don't have to grow up. :( Or, I can just move to a better place.... hehe

Don't Drink and Drive. Seriously.

So last night, I decide to hang out and have a good time with a few friends. I figure, why the hell not. I hardly hang out with anyone and I deserve it to myself to have a little fun. I hang out with my friend Tanesha and a couple of her friends and start out with a few drinks. I have a Corona and I'm feeling pretty good (take note I'm a light weight) then we make it to Ben's house and start drinking Yager... tasty little drink it is. Tanesha and I locked ourselves in the bathroom and start making out....SIKE! yah right you sickos. but that's what the boys thought at the house. Shit, can't girls drink in peace without you boys hogging up all the alcohol? Tanesha was making me laugh harder than ever doing her impression of a guy and saying "PUSSY" in the deepest voice ever. Don't forget to flex the bro muscle arms.
So everything was fun, we go downtown and see a few friends, then Tanesha wanted to fuck every girl up because she's so protective of me! (This girl is fucking awesome) We have alot of laughs and we were done with ol' Jerry's Pizza. We wanted to go to another party.
We're on our way in the car driving pretty fast, passing other cars, with Ben driving, Tanesha in the passenger seat, and Me in the back. We come up the Garces Circle (which is like a roundabout, or a traffic circle) and I noticed we were going too fast. I figured we were going to make it, I always go fast on turns. Then all I remember was the car hitting the curb, the car shaking, the windsheild breaking, and then I closed my eyes expecting the worst. I open my eyes and I see smoke everywhere. Grab my purse and get Tanesha out of the front seat. I felt okay at the time because of the alcohol, but I had serious whip-lash. A few people stop and help us out and call the cops. I just sat next to Tanesha and made sure she was ok. I made sure she could move her toes by saying "This little piggy went to market" ahaha. Hey, it worked. We get a ride home from some random guy who wanted me and her to pose for lowrider magazine hahahah. Don't be surprised if you see us in there one day ;). We get back to a house and settle down a bit. My friend Alex followed me home and made sure I was ok. Sweet huh?
Last night was weird.. I never thought something like that could happen to me. I totally learned my lesson. I keep finding cuts n stuff :( My ribs hurt and my neck hurts. Thank God I'm ok though. I got a lecture from my mom and dad. All I know is that my phone is fucked up so if anyone would like to give me their phone number just send me a message and ill write it down and put it in my new phone when I get it. If I don't know you, don't bother... no offense but honestly, I mean come on, let's be serious here.
Ben, next time we're taking a taxi. I guess now we don't really have a choice... I know we're not taking my car! ahaha
Tanesha, girl you're a fucking awesome chick. I miss you already. Call me fucker. I'll make sure everyone knows not to mess with me. or touch me. or even look at me k?

Alright now it's time to get ready for tonight. Party again? of couse, why the fuck not.

sally's song.....

I sense there's something in the wind
That feels like tragedy's at hand
And though I'd like to stand by him
Can't shake this feeling that I have
The worst is just around the bend

And does he notice my feelings for him?
And will he see how much he means to me?
I think it's not to be

What will become of my dear friend?
Where will his actions lead us then?
Although I'd like to join the crowd
In their enthusiastic cloud
Try as I may, it doesn't last

And will we ever end up together?
no, I think not, it's never to become
For I am not the one
