The Time is Now On the Eleventh Day of Every Month We Unite in Action for Truth
Polls demonstrate that 84% of the American public rejects the official account of what happened on September 11th 2001. Polls in Europe, Canada and the Islamic world have yielded similar results. Numerous prominent officials from around the world have gone on record expressing profound disbelief of the official narrative. Rapidly growing numbers are convinced that members of the Bush administration were not only grossly negligent in the days and months leading up to 9/11 but active participants in the attacks themselves.
We are in the midst of a mass awakening.
Like the Warren Commission before it, the Zelikow commission – appointed to investigate the pivotal event that "changed everything" – has proved a whitewash, a cover-up of a mass murder that reeks of official complicity. Millions of citizens have joined the family members of the victims in calling for a new investigation. Dying first responders - cynically exploited in the aftermath of the attacks and now cast aside as political liabilities - have pleaded for justice. Their pleas have fallen on deaf ears.
9/11 is the foundational myth upon which the entire neocon agenda is predicated. Every civil liberty curtailed, every passage hacked from the Bill of Rights, every torture camp built by Halliburton, every child murdered in Iraq – all of these have but one justification: 9/11.
Yet leaders of the peace movement have avoided the truth about 9/11, forfeiting the one issue capable of putting a stop to this madness.
And Democratic leaders, for their part, have not only assisted with the cover-up but embraced the War on Terror myth with vigor, threatening to outflank the neocons from the far right.
Our leaders have promised us a hundred year war.
We are promising them that they will not succeed.
In the absence of sane leadership, we intend to do what people have always done to effect positive change: we will mobilize in massive numbers.
On the Eleventh Day of Every Month, we call on activists everywhere to take to the streets in the name of truth.
In every town and every city - and by any nonviolent means necessary - we will reach out together to our fellow citizens and spread the word.
Observing the monthly anniversary of 9/11 with a united day of truth action will provide a regularly occurring focus for the movement, as well as an ongoing reminder to all media, elected representatives and people all over the world that the truth will out and we're not going away. The 11th will be an ongoing symbol of our presence, our persistence and our growing numbers. As this campaign progresses our growing numbers will encourage more and more people to take action for truth every day until we reach critical mass.
As each month passes and this idea spreads - across the internet, through cafes and town halls and into the collective consciousness of the American public - the 11th will become a rite of passage. The movement will grow exponentially until it can no longer be contained. All that is required is participation by a small number of people already awake and willing to stand up and speak out for truth and justice. The laws of gravity - so absent from the NIST report - will take care of the rest.
Until now, the truth movement has limited itself to a strike-and-retreat approach. Although successful in waking up large numbers of people – no mean feat, considering the corporate media blackout – this strategy has not tapped into the movement's revolutionary potential. As Clausewitz wrote of war, "The side that takes the initiative defines the terms of the struggle. As long as it keeps innovating, it also retains the element of surprise. Boldness is virtually a creative power… Whenever boldness meets hesitation it already has a significant advantage because the very state of hesitation implies a loss of equilibrium."
We will stop playing according to their rules. Idleness is defeat. A thirty second haranguing on the O'Reilly Factor is not enough. Our success depends on massive, sustained growth backed by concrete action. Lacking coordination, meeting points and a nationwide plan of action, many have settled for solitary vigils, scattered protests, provocative T-shirts and tables at peace marches. All heroic in themselves, but we must do more – together - on a regular, ongoing basis. What is missing from the truth movement is not so much a widespread awareness of the cover-up but a real plan of action that people all over the country can get involved in.
Ongoing national days of truth action will fill this void.
In the beginning, our numbers will be small. But we remember the case of February 1, 1960 when four freshman at A & T College in Greensboro, North Carolina, sat down at a segregated lunch counter at a popular restaurant. As Howard Zinn writes, "In a matter of days, the idea leaped to other cities in North Carolina. During the next two weeks, sit-ins spread to fifteen cities in five Southern states. Within the following year, over 50,000 people in a hundred cities…"
So began the Civil Rights Movement. It did not begin with Martin Luther King. A great man did not appear from on high and lead the masses to victory. It began with regular people getting off the couch, getting together and standing up for truth and justice.
Our actions will be diverse, creative, colorful and groundbreaking. We will document our actions to inspire and encourage others to join us. Civil disobedience is encouraged but violent actions will not be tolerated. Should such actions occur, we will assume the culprits to be provacateurs, participating in the time-honored tactic of breaking up positive forces that threaten elite power.
This website and forum can serve as a focal point for activists to come together and discuss their strategies. There will be no centralized, hierarchical base but rather a horizontal nexus where activists can devise their own tactics for their own communities and coordinate these activities nationwide. The key is a unified and ongoing effort.
There is no greater joy in life than coming together with people of conscience and standing up for what's right. As Ken Knabb wrote of such situations, "… people become much more open to new perspectives, readier to question previous assumptions, quicker to see through the usual cons. Every day some people go through experiences that lead them to question the meaning of their lives; but during a radical situation practically everyone does so all at once. When the machine grinds to a halt, the cogs themselves begin wondering about their function."
We will not stop until the September 11th criminals are exposed and brought to justice. Until then, the eleventh day of every month will be observed in honor of all those who were murdered on that day and the many who have lost their lives in the name of that day since.
Our grandchildren will not be designated as cannon fodder before they are even born.
We will not submit to a techno-fascist police state built on a big lie.
Slavery is not an option.
The truth will out.

We as NY911Truth and CHANGE have been doing street actions every Saturday and several weekdays, Dan was a huge part of these street actions and the only way I can think of remembering Dan is with the continuation of these street actions national and globally. On the 11th day of every month stand up for the truth and do a street action in your community. Do it for Dan! Do it for Dan's father Robert Wallace. Do it because the victims of 9/11 deserve the truth. This is the only way I can remember and respect Dan, by fighting for the truth. Me and Dan fought together shoulder to shoulder for the truth. This is what he would want.

WASHINGTON DC SHREDDING PARTY AT THE WHITE HOUSE
Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, dc911truth held a mock shredding of the 9/11 Commission Report, in Lafayette Park, in front of the White House, from 11:00 am to Noon. This event is one of a series of events sponsored by 9/11 truth groups across the country on the anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. We wanted to show our solidarity and support for the 911truth groups in Boston, San Francisco, Milwaukee, St. Louis, and elsewhere.
The event was kicked off with a reading of the Boston 9/11 truth resolution by Matt Sullivan, followed by a presentation by Webster Tarpley. Then members of dc911truh.org took turns reading from David Ray Griffins list of 115 lies, omissions and distortions of the Kean-Hamilton-Zelikow report. As each lie was read out, another page of the report was ripped out and fed to the shredder. The event lasted about 90 minutes and attracted the interest of dozens of tourists and secret service in addition to the roughly thirty people who came specifically for the Shredding.
We handed out several hundred flyers, information cards and 911truth DVDs to interested passersby. Afterward the group went to lunch at a local sandwich shop. All-in-all a successful event.
MILWAUKEE TEA PARTY FOR TRUTH
Our tea party for 9/11 truth was a success. We had Channel 12 News (ABC) covering the event. We started off with a march on Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee. We passed out 9/11 Truth DVD's and flyers. We burned four 9/11 Commission Reports and dumped the ashes in Lake Michigan. We had 9/11 truth activists come from Madison, Sheboygan, and Darien, Wisconsin. We also had a number of members from the Lone Lantern Society come up from Chicago. We had some great speakers at our makeshift podium in the park overlooking Lake Michigan. We really enjoyed our dressed up Colonist, Glenn Davis, reading his 9/11 Truth proclamation from a scroll as we watched The 9/11 Commission Report burn in a Weber Grill. We finished our event off with some grilled hot dogs and of course we had ice tea. I want to personally thank all those that showed up, including Channel 12 News. We are making a difference and the 9/11 Truth Movement will continue to grow. We will never go away until the truth is told and justice is served.

Fellow citizens, the lies and deceptions of the tyrannical elite within our government regarding the crimes of September 11, 2001 have undermined our democratic processes and our liberties, and have been used to launch wars upon other nations for far too long. The White House, the Courts, and US Congress are hereby advised that we, the citizenry of these United States, declare an uncompromising DEMAND for:
A genuine independent investigation of the attacks on 9/11/2001.
Whereas the catastrophic events of September 11, 2001 have been used to justify attacks upon our Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and habeas corpus, and whereas subsequent wars launched upon the world have, together, threatened all of humanity--physically, legally, morally, and psychologically; and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission ignored the fact that the Government lied and falsified scientific data about the quality of the air and water in the wake of 9/11, thereby compounding the disaster, endangering the health of unprotected first responders and citizens, sacrificing them in the interests of re-opening Wall Street, and later fighting the victims in court to deny them health benefits; and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission was directed by Dr. Philip Zelikow, author of Bush's "pre-emptive war doctrine," whose tenure as a member of the Bush National Security transition team caused him to appear as a witness before the Commission and represented so outrageous a conflict of interest that the 9/11 Family Steering Committee demanded his resignation, to no avail; and whereas Dr. Zelikow's expertise is the creation and maintenance of, in his words, "public myths," which he defined as "beliefs.. thought to be true (although not necessarily known to be true with certainty)," and in what he called "'searing' or 'molding' events [that] take on 'transcendent' importance and retain their power" across generations; and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission failed to investigate members of the Administration who also were members of the Project for a New American Century and wrote "Creating Tomorrow's Dominant Force," which stated the need for the Department of Defense to "move more aggressively to experiment with new technologies and operational concepts," and that "further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event like a new Pearl Harbor;" and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission failed to investigate numerous Air Force war games conducted on September 11, 2001 that severely crippled our highly competent aircraft interception capability; and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission failed to investigate or even mention the demolition of the 47-story World Trade Center Building 7, which was not struck by a plane, but went down at near freefall speed at 5:20 pm on 9/11; and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission failed to mention that fire had never caused steel-frame high-rise buildings to collapse, and that the pulverization of the towers shared the distinctive features of controlled demolitions, and mischaracterized the towers' core structure as "a hollow steel shaft," ignoring the 47 massive steel support columns as large as 22 inches by 54 inches; and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission failed to investigate and explain how the Pentagon, within the most-guarded airspace on the planet, including its own missile defense system, was penetrated on 9/11/2001; and
Whereas, the 9/11 Commission decided that who financed 9/11 was "of little practical significance," ignoring evidence that top ISI General Mahmoud Ahmad had $100,000 wired to alleged lead pilot Mohammed Atta, and evidence that top Al Qaeda operative Ali Mohammed, who was involved with the '93 WTC bombings, the African Embassy attacks and 9/11, was employed and protected by the FBI, CIA and the US military; and
Whereas the 9/11 Commission failed so utterly in its stated mission "to prepare a full and complete account of the circumstances surrounding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks," that Dr. David Ray Griffin, author of The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions, deemed the Commission's effort a 571-page lie, after chronicling 115 of its "errors;"
We, people of the United States of America, today, from Boston to California, from sea to shining sea, on the sixteenth day of December in the year two thousand and six, do hereby REJECT the findings contained in the Report of the Kean-Hamilton Commission to Investigate Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, and DEMAND the release of documents, evidence, withheld by the government, and an IMMEDIATE, genuinely Independent 9/11 investigation with subpoena powers, independent 9/11 researchers, and oversight by 9/11 families and concerned citizens.
Join us, be not afraid - the day of reckoning and the end of the era of lies, deceit, tyranny and war is at hand.
May truth, peace, liberty, respect for life and justice prevail.
