America's Next Top Model

So I was watching America's next top model (yes - I do have a slight addiction). And I don't think there's ever been a Russian or a Jewish girl on there! We are un-fairly under-represented in the world of fashion and it needs to change dammit! I know so many beautiful girls who are of that background and it would be soooo cool for girls to have a more "ethnic" idea of beauty.

Do you ever have on of those nights where you don't wan to be alone? But all the people you want to keep you company are busy else-where, and the rest you're just not motivated enough to call? What usually ends up happening is you're sitting alone on the couch in your sweats, over-stuffing yourself w/food, and watching a sappy romantic comedy that you've seen 10 billion times before...

Maybe its just me...

So here's a classic parable: "Women learn to be attracted to the men they love, men learn to love the women they're attracted to"

How true is it? I have found by observing dating patterns of my friends and relatives there definately seems to be a partition between the sexes. I've lost too many a cool guy friend to a dumb bitch, who described the cool guy as "someone I really wasn't attracted to at first".  Does it happen in reverse? How does it apply to same sex relationships?
