OK!!!! YOU WIN!!! JEEEEEZ......
DUE TO PETITIONS AND POLLS AND HATE MAIL AND DEATH THREATS AND SUICIDAL DRAMA QUEENS (CHEER UP OLLIE) WE'RE ALSO RECORDING THE LIVE VERSION OF 'ABOUT A BOY' !! -NOTE FOR NOTE- WOW, YOU GUYS GET SO GRUMPY WHEN WE FOOOK WITH YOUR SONGS. :-)

9/11- GIG - BATHS WITH OLLIE- ALBUM
We lived in a house, a very big house in the country…….
It's all one big Blur. And yes there were drinks smokes and laughs, but the thought of a herbal bath with the hairball that is our drummer is a definite no-no. So I guess that's where my pun-fun with Damon Albarns 90's classic ends; how sad.
Anyway, we were there for a reason, and that was to finish our album demos, which bar some throat wrenching squeals are all done. We can't tell you any names, but we can tell you that 'about a boy' is in there (may have to change this title due to the grunge babies groaning about a similar Nirvana title. Give a fuck. I'm more about blow jobs in cars than shotguns in sheds, so I'd have more affiliation with the film, and our all British smooth talking hooker lover Hugh Gant!! Sorry babe, just kidding) (My fiancé that is. Not Hugh Grant. I wouldn't call him babe. That would be weird.) erm….. 'these birds could kill us all', 'green teeth', 'the buzz' and some others. But we still can't tell you any names…..
So, with no less than 15 tracks under our belt, we're considering our options. Where to do the record, who with, when etc. Food producer and 4th member Joe Barresi is still in the mix, though he's hot demand with some of those smaller bands like tool and queens. We'll keep you posted on how it all unfolds.
We're meeting with management on weds to discuss the next few months. There's a possibility of a tour. We've always wanted to do a bus tour with the army on board, playing everywhere from houses to arenas, so we're hoping to sort something before xmas.
Let us know your thoughts, please paste this out in your own bulletins and help us spread the Zico stench, and get down to Ñambucca in Holloway next Friday for an awesome London night out, featuring celeb dj's team disgusting (noel fielding and rev towers). Zico will be airing some new stuff and getting messy after. I hear tickets are £5 on the door.

OK SO SOME OF YOU NOTICED!!
OK, WE CONFESS, 'MORE THAN LIFE' BEGAN AS AN ACOUSTIC NIHILISM.  CHEEKY EH!!...WE USED TO CALL IT NIHILISM 2 ( YA KNOW, LIKE METALLICAS UNFORGIVEN, GUNS DON'T CRY, ETC ETC,)
WHAT HAPPENED WAS WE GOT ALL CREATIVE AND CARRIED AWAY IN THE STUDIO (FLAT ZICO) AND WROTE NEW LYRICS AND WONDERED IF WE HAD TAKEN IT FAR AWAY ENOUGH TO JUST GIVE A NEW NAME. BUT THE HARDCORES HAVE SPOTTED IT..... GOD BLESS THE ZICO ARMY!
SO, NIHILISM 2 IT REMAINS FOR NOW. AND WE WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGISE TO ZICO CHAIN FOR STEALING THERE RIFFS. I WILL BE FILING A LAW SUIT THIS WEEK TO CLAIM COMPENSATION. SHOULD I WIN, THERE'S A BEER IN IT FOR ANY OF YOU WHO ATTEND THE LONDON GIG ON 20TH OF JUNE IN ISLINGTON. DETAILS LATER....
